Get the client120+ countries / 210+ routes, with time-based route selection for AI Tools, 4K streaming, and international websites
Review coverage, device rules, and the refund period in one subscription.
Coverage across 120+ countries and 210+ routes gives you a range of exit options. Everyday browsing, development work, AI chats, and video streaming have different needs for location and connection continuity. V9VPN organizes these use cases through route scheduling: first check which regions the target service supports, then review the route and traffic rules in your client. This helps avoid repeatedly changing one setup to meet every access need.
The 14-day refund policy and unlimited devices are clear terms to compare when choosing a subscription. Coverage figures alone should not determine your choice; consider your local network, the apps you use, account region, and data habits together. This page explains connection options and how to use them. An exit region does not grant content rights on a third-party platform, and an encrypted connection does not guarantee account approval.
Quantum encryption, unlimited devices, and a 14-day refund policy cover connection protection, cross-platform use, and time to evaluate the service.
Unlimited devices lets you organize connections around tasks rather than device limits. Check connection paths separately for research on a computer, quick searches on a mobile device, and development work in a Linux environment. The scheduling window illustrates how regions, tasks, and times can be matched. App names and regions shown are examples, not a lasting guarantee of third-party platform availability or content access.
Quantum encryption and a target platform's risk controls are separate matters. For AI tools you use often, start with an exit region that meets the service's rules, then check your browser or extension settings. For video services, confirm your account benefits and catalog region first. For more on regional detection, persistent connections, and developer environment settings, read the AI Tools guide and keep the troubleshooting steps handy, so every error doesn't lead to switching routes first.
120+ countries / 210+ routes. The table below illustrates how regions can match different tasks; it is not a complete list of available nodes.
| Country / region | City | Route selection | Streaming checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong | See the user panel | Check the exit region required for the task | Check against the platform's regional rules |
| Japan | See the user panel | First confirm regional eligibility for the target service | Check the account's catalog and video quality |
| United States | See the user panel | Keep your usual account environment consistent | Check after playback starts |
| Singapore | See the user panel | Test the connection on your local network | Check against content licensing terms |
| United Kingdom | See the user panel | Choose according to the target website's requirements | Check for regional notices |
| France | See the user panel | Test the website and app separately | Follow the platform's actual response |
Coverage across 120+ countries means more regions to choose from, not that every task needs a distant exit. When choosing a route, first check which regions the target service supports, then assess performance over time on your current network. For browsing, check page loading and whether all resources appear. For AI chats, also test request submission and continued output. For video, start playback and check the picture quality. Comparing routes against the same task makes the results easier to interpret.
Relay, direct, and dedicated routes describe connection paths, not guaranteed results. After checking a route name, confirm that your client is using it, that local websites connect directly according to your rules, and that the target app follows your system proxy settings. Route previews do not list unverified cities or service guarantees. Check the node page and user panel for the full list of regions and route types, then save options that suit your regular tasks.

Get the clientCreate an account with a username and password—no email address required. In the user panel, get the client suited to your system, then follow the panel instructions to retrieve and import your subscription. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in; iOS access follows the active plan terms. Getting the client and retrieving a subscription are separate steps. After installation, make sure the client has loaded the subscription linked to your account; an open app alone does not mean the connection is ready to use.
Unlimited devices, but each system connects differently. Desktop browsers usually require checking the system proxy, while terminals and editor extensions may need separate configuration. On mobile devices, check network switching and background activity. For your first connection, open a commonly used international website, then test the task you actually need to do. If the website works but an app does not, check that app's network settings before reinstalling every client. See the Guides for detailed steps; client downloads and subscriptions remain available in the user panel.
¥9.9 / 60GB, ¥18 / 250GB, and ¥28 / 500GB monthly plans; data resets monthly on your activation date.
Suitable for browsing, text chats, and looking up information. Check your actual data use to decide whether the allowance is enough.
Suitable for users who need more than research, such as development collaboration, file transfers, or video streaming. Choose based on your actual usage.
Suitable for heavier video, large-file, and multi-device use. The higher allowance covers actual data transfer; it does not replace checking route compatibility.
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of a calendar month. When choosing an allowance, consider text searches, image loading, file transfers, and video streaming separately; each affects data use differently, so device count alone is a poor guide. Unlimited devices covers simultaneous connections, while the plan allowance covers data transfer. Compare these terms separately to avoid mistaking multi-device access for unlimited data.
¥9.9, ¥18, and ¥28 correspond to different monthly data allowances, not different device limits. For light browsing, check whether the lower allowance covers your everyday tasks. If you transfer lots of video or files, pay closer attention to remaining data and the reset date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days; make changes in the user panel. Don't infer long-term needs from a one-time large download, and don't assume unused data will carry over to the next cycle.
Data packs that never expire are used until depleted, making them suitable for access that isn't planned around a monthly schedule. Before comparing, decide whether you prefer a fixed monthly allowance or data that is consumed as needed, then review the corresponding price. Monthly plans and data packs have different terms: a data pack's permanent validity does not mean unused monthly plan data carries over indefinitely. Check the user panel for your plan status, remaining data, and delivery details.
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted payment methods. Before paying, check the plan name, data allowance, and billing method. After payment, confirm the order and subscription status in the panel before importing the subscription into your client. The full terms of the 14-day refund policy are in the terms of service. When comparing services, consider price, data resets, device rules, client access, and the refund period together for a clearer picture of the real cost.
Find guidance by where the issue occurs: check regional rules first, then the client, and finally how the target app connects.

Similar symptoms can have different causes: a website failing to load is different from an account lacking access, just as an extension timing out differs from a browser login failure. Check each layer separately to preserve settings that already work and avoid losing a useful baseline through repeated changes.
