Service scope

V9VPN provides 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended for cross-border access and access to international websites. Clients and subscriptions are delivered through the user panel; sign in to retrieve your subscription.

Clients for Windows / macOS / Android / Linux are available after signing in; iOS access is provided under the rules for eligible plans in the user panel. Target websites determine their own content, account eligibility, and regional policies. Using international routes does not grant authorization to access third-party services or rights to their content.

Accounts and use

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription details secure. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder's use on supported platforms. This does not permit public sharing, account resale, subscription rental, or providing commercial access to others. Do not publish subscription details or use another person's account without authorization. Account holders are responsible for use they authorize.

Billing and refunds

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires.

Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Before paying, check your selected plan, data allowance, and billing method. See the Plans page for available options, and check your transaction against the order confirmation.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request with the relevant order details through the support ticket portal. We may verify the account and payment records to confirm the connection between the requester and the transaction; do not submit your account password. Refund progress will be discussed through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in the regions relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of target websites. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, stealing data, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

Do not disrupt service operations, maliciously consume resources, distribute other people's credentials, or use the service to interfere with other users' normal use. Requests regarding account reviews, content, or access eligibility on third-party platforms should be handled through the channels provided by those platforms.

Availability and liability

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, device settings, maintenance, and target service policies. V9VPN does not guarantee that every route will reach every target website at all times, nor does it guarantee third-party account approval or content availability.

If an issue occurs, keep any error messages and describe your setup in a support ticket. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials. We will assist with troubleshooting based on the circumstances for network outages, third-party service changes, and force majeure events that are not reasonably within our control. Liability will be determined under applicable law; these terms do not waive any liability that must be assumed by law.

Account termination and changes to these terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, V9VPN may suspend relevant features or terminate an account based on the impact and explain the reason where appropriate. If you disagree with the outcome, submit a ticket through the user panel for review. Account actions do not remove any refund or remedy rights available under applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page along with the updated date. Important changes affecting service benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights for confirmed orders. Read any updates before continuing to use the service. If you have questions, contact us through a support ticket first.
